Are participants truly screened? Who will be in the room?
Yes, we’re screening who’s in the room. All business owners must show the drive to scale to multiple 7 figures… and have proven to our team they are focused on the key growth levers of hiring, marketing, operations and sales.
How much will Codie be teaching and do i get personalized help?
Yes, Codie will personally be teaching her strategy to grow businesses to multiple 9-figures. You will also be getting hands-on advice and personalized workshops with her heads of marketing, sales, her executive team, her finance team, and her acquisitions team.
These people combined make millions and millions of dollars a year, and you get access to them in this workshop when no one else in the world does.
What happens during these 3 days?
This is a deep dive workshop with my team, and you'll come to my office for part of it. You're going to be grouped with other owners in your same industries and revenue levels so that you can grow with others that are similar to you. You'll also be getting pre-work beforehand to fill out so that when you come, you are getting on-site consulting and engaging with our team on the things directly related to your business.
,There are zero motivational talks during this. There is no fluff, there is no rah-rah. This is only for people who want hands-on advice about scaling and building profitable businesses. If you want inspiration and hanging out this event is not for you.
When you say this will be a small workshop, how small is small?
We’re limiting attendance to around 100 people. We will NOT be adding more seats to keep this workshop high touch and high impact.
Who else is in the room?
This event is only for business owners. You cannot come into the room if you have an idea, an MVP, or a business that is not on the path to making $7M, $8M, or $9M in revenue.
Our sweet spot is helping people get to $5M, $10M, and $20M in revenue from your current status. This is also not a non-profit. This is only for business owners, and we do screen every single person who comes in as we analyze your business in order to do our consulting.
